For everyone. There are no eligibility restrictions for car rental, and no membership is required.
Proof of eligiblity
Presentation of an IATA card, Airline ID card or a letter from an officer of the company on company letterhead is required at all times when using industry rate flight benefits. Any misrepresentation of these facts can at the discretion of the operating airline, result in the traveller being charged full rate and may also include employer's disciplinary measures.
