The hotel discounts offered on idDeals are only available to serving airline employees and those retired who remain eligible for industry rebate travel.

Eligible persons along with their family members or trvel companions may normally book up to 2 rooms at id rates. Eligible persons must accompany their group.

The final decision for eligibility rests with the business concerned. Each individual owner or property manager will determine who is eligible for their product.

Sorry, the following do not qualify for hotel rates:
Airport security staff, air traffic controllers,
employees of third party airline services and handling companies, travel PR and marketing agencies, travel journalists, military personnel

Proof of eligiblity
Presentation of an IATA card, Airline ID card or a letter from an officer of the company on company letterhead is required at all times when travelling. Any misrepresentation of these facts can result in the traveller being charged full fare by the respective business.
